Great people and a great place.
I've been going here for several years now. Jim is excellent and one of the old school barbers. Always an excellent experience and very fair pricing. Highly recommend.
Always great service, extremely reasonable price. And a great location to wander around downtown Owego before or after your haircut. Two thumbs up.
I received an awesome high and tight flat top from Jim. His skills are undeniable. If you’re in the area give them a shot.
