I got the worst cut ever from Rosalie over the weekend. At first I didn't realize as she handed me a mirror and I didnt have my glasses on. I should've kniwn when she picked up a lump if my hair to show me how she "took quite a bit off". I asked for 3inches and showed her how much--down below the shoulder. She took 5 inches off its lucky it's touching my shoulder. She left me with a tail in the back. I'm a professional person my patients notice everything. Im so embarrassed. I didn't see it without my glasses and I put it up when she was done. It's so uneven it was a blunt cut I dont get it. I have poker straight hair. And now its short uneven hair. Their closed on Monday's so I had to go to work like this Because I cant even go in for a correction.

Reopening the phone is not the same thing for me to go back into a las horas airport or the other one I don't have a car to be able for a few minutes and the rest of my life
