Marlene was very very thorough! She communicated with me the whole time about what she was going to do. She constantly asked how I was doing and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. Most hair places just ask what you want and do their best. With Marlene we did it step by step basically and I wasn't scared at all! Which is great because usually I get anxious about trusting people with my hair. Thank you Marlene! We will definitely be back!!! And with extra money for a bigger tip next time :)

I got my hair done by Marlene to be ready for thanksgiving tomorrow and she did amazing! She was very careful and considerate the whole time.She communicated with me every step of the way. Also she was knowledgeable and told me what would be best for my hair type. She also fit me in right before closing and the day before a major holiday! I really appreciated that! Thank you Marlene. I will definitely be back!!!

This place is great. For me it comes down to a great price for a better haircut and a more personal touch than any other place I've been. But the women who work there are licensed cosmetologists and do more than just hair too. I see people bring their whole families in for cuts. They seem to be well liked because people are always bringing in gifts for them whenever I'm in the chair.

I love my haircut! I had been to two expensive hair salons and they didn't cut it how I wanted it. Marlene did a fantastic job. She new what I wanted and explained in detail what she was going to do. She was fantastic!

I went in for a 2 inch trim. Marlene cut off 4 inches. My husband went in for a 2 inch trim. Marlene cut off 6 inches. I was so upset. I saw all my husband's beautiful hair on the floor. It will be a year before his hair will be back to what we both like. She said, "I think he looks better with short hair." So clearly she did what she wanted, NOT what we requested. We are both furious! We will NEVER go to Marlene again.
