Shear Genius Barbershops

Been getting my haircut from Darnell a little over a year now and he's been doing a tremendous job. His attention to detail is a cut above the rest and his personality definitely sets him above a lot of other barbers I've had. Great guy, fun to talk to, and a better barber.

It was the worst haircut I ever had!!! I went back in and had another guy fix it. Darnell fixed my hair and did a tremendous job! I hope the guy that did my hair first gave him some of the money. Because I only had a couple of dollars left after I gave the guy a $7 dollar tip. The hair looked good because he wet it and slicked it back, but when I got in the car, I pulled my hair down and was horrified, I'll leave a picture of what it looked like when I walked out and then a picture after Darnell fixed it. Thank god he was able to fix it I have an important appointment coming up. Definitely would a game more stars if Darnell cut my hair first. The first picture was a very inexperienced guy! The second picture was after it was fixed.

Been going to Shear Genius for a while figured I should leave a review! Everybody here is great it's always a good atmosphere in the barbershop Darnell bailed me out big time with a last minute haircut! Couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Darnell for any cut this guy takes extreme pride in his work and wants you to be completely satisfied before you leave! Thank you Darnell!!?👏👏💈💈👍

This place must be staffed with newbies. Ive had a few hair cuts from then when I needed a chair and cut on the fly. The staff is very friendly and follows directions well. But execution is lacking. Ive given myself a better fade than I get most of the time. My last fade was different on all 3 sides (back and sides) think the guys are new but if you need an open chair and friendly staff go here. Probably a good place to bring kids.

Great place to get a great cut! The barbers here are very talented at what they do. They are always busy walk-ins are always welcome, but I do suggest making an appointment, Fridays are usually the busiest, but they are pretty fast and do a great job at what they do. Prices are reasonable for a cut & lineup. This is one of the best barbershops in the city and they have multiple locations which is great. And all the guys that work their are very friendly, I've been to some barbershops where while there they don't say a word to you, that's not the case here they will have a conversation with you and make you feel comfortable as well as give you exactly what you ask for and make suggestions if your unsure what kind of cut will look good on you. I highly recommend making this your new barbersh
