I had an extremely disappointing experience at Shear. First of all, I showed up an hour early for my appointment and still ended up being there for over FOUR hours completely unacceptable for a service that should have taken half the time On top of that the cleanliness of this place is seriously concerning I saw roaches in the salon, which is both gross and unhygienic. Between the unsanitary conditions and the ridiculously long wait I absolutely will not be coming back. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration go somewhere else.

This place is nasty and unprofessional. I showed up an hour early and still sat there for over 4 hours just to get my hair done. That’s ridiculous. Even worse, there were roaches crawling around how is that even okay in a place where people are supposed to feel clean and comfortable? Shear is dirty, slow, and clearly doesn’t respect people’s time. Never going back

I told the barber if he can give me a drop fade but don’t cut into my dread but as soon as I said that he started cutting my hair in a big piece of chunk of hair came off and the cut only lasted for 1-2 days like it was bad
