Michelle Royal saved my hair!!!! She listened and made sure my cut was exactly what I wanted. My cut and color are PERFECT!!! I’m a lifelong customer now!! She was wonderful!!! And I can’t remember ever liking my hair more! So happy I switched to Michelle, she was very knowledgeable , clean, super nice, and my new cut and color really helped my self esteem🤗 I just adore her! She went through my hair and made sure it was even and checked my hair to make sure she didn’t miss any spots with my color. She showed me how to style my new cut, which was super easy. Michelle told me about a product for styling my hair that I could purchase anywhere. She didn’t pressure me into buying her products. Also, even with my nice tip… she was still cheaper than the lady I had been going to for 20+ years!! I

I am your hero from April 2023. I do not need a stylist to inform me how to "wear my hair in a ponytail". The stylist gave me her business card after I showed her a photo of Tiffani Amber Thiessen on pinterest and while she was checking to see if my feet were uncrossed, I stated, "I just want to pull it up in a ponytail." Believe me once that stylist has time to see me on facebook today, she gon' know I wanted "curtain bangs" not some 'trending' scandi bangs.
