First time visiting this location. The woman who I believe to have been the manager was so unbelievably positive and pleasant it was absolutely contagious! Sally should really give her a shout out! She even helped me find something in the store. Very very impressed and will be back!! Thank you.

If you go in here as a person of color, the manager will have the employees very obviously follow you throughout the store, every single time without fail.

There were quite a few workers, I'm assuming it was truck day, but my God, this lady with curled, purple hair followed me around the entire store. The second I walked down the makeup aisle she was about 6 inches away from me. She asked what I was looking for and I told her what i was there to get and she recommended me a brand, okay, then she tried to sell me tons of other items , fine whatever, but I had stopped looking at the hair dye and went to the styling products and she followed me. Fine small store, but what made it uncomfortable was she stood right next to me and just stared at me. I just want to say my daughters and myself went into this store today and were severely profiled. We were looking at hair dye and walking around the girl at the register proceeded to walk down the other end of the aisle with a mirror In hand trying to watch us from behind she went into the office and told I guess the acting supervisor about us she came out and was right in front of us until we checked out pretending to help! I just want to say me and one of my daughters have no pockets or purse to steal and my other daughter is autistic. myself and my husband make enough to triple your salary’s and buy what we want no need to steal a thing! That’s why I drive a Mercedes and own multiple homes! So before you profile someone make sure to watch the cameras to make sure they are stealing. This

Every time I ask for help, they "seem" so helpful until I use the products they suggest. Go in knowing ahead of time what you need for your hair because they have no idea what to suggest. Went in for prism lites azure they were sold out, they suggested zotos bleach, now instead of having bleach blonde hair like I would have had with Prism Lites azure I now am stuck with a gross red orange that clashes with my skintone.
