I don’t make reviews too much, but this was the first time I’ve went to a hair salon that wasn’t Great Clips and I wanted short hair. My hair has been medium to long for a longggg time and I’ve never had it shorter than a bob. I took so long to do the big cut because my hair is very fine and I wasn’t sure if it’d fit my face shape. Savannah was very patient and informed. She made sure I was fine with the big change before cutting, and did a great job! There was also another woman I didn’t catch the name of who came in a couple times to also help when I got nervous about how my hair looked. I’m already over the original shock of how short hair looked on me and I love it! My hair was washed and they used some hair products to help me test some styles, and I was only charged 38 before tip. I

I came in a while ago to color my hair dark ginger. They put product in but no hair color changed at all. Literally completely unnoticeable. I paid but never returned. Over $200 for literally no hair color change. I wish I would have refused payment but I'm not like that.

Had a great experience getting a hair styling trial for my wedding done here. Cassie did an amazing job. She quickly determined how my hair likes to be styled, in addition to matching the style to my wedding dress. We had a lovely conversation throughout the whole appointment. And my hair turned out better than I could have imagined it! Thank you so much, Cassie! Edit: make sure you follow up before she says to actually book you because I called 2 months out when she told me to and she said I can only do you (the bride), and I can't book my team only 2 months out for your bridesmaids. LET ME START BY SAYING ID GIVE ERICA A 0 STAR IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a salon. ERICA fried my entire head and allowed me to leave with tons of dye stained on my face, arms and clothing. I asked for layers and was left with a chopped up head. I would never recommend this place to my family or friends. Erica was the most unprofessional stylist I’ve ever dealt with. I told her during our session about my anxiety and why I hadn’t been to a salon in so long and she used that to her advantage and done bare minimum effort. I have a ton of breakage throughout my entire head . She refuses to make things right. I paid over $200 to have my hair ruined.

Got some tooth gems done by Alex. Great atmosphere at the salon - real chill. She is so super sweet! I love my new sparkly teeth! 💖 Highly recommend her if you’re thinking about getting some tooth gems done.
