Absolutely amazing customer service!!! I called last minute for an emergency hair cut (attempted to cut myself and it didn’t go as planned) and had an appointment only a couple of hours later!! Not only was she able to give me a great easy to maintain cut, she went above and beyond to get me in and a counseling session about trying to complete tasks I am not skilled to do! Win win!!! Oh, and shout out to the wonderful lady who was in the middle of getting her hair colored for sharing her time slot with me! I’m stealing your hair color! You’re beautiful!
