Maegan only works Sundays but she is worth the wait!!!! I have been getting my hair highlighted here for the past year! And thats saying a lot because of how often people move. The salon is clean and I never have to wait for my appointment. I usually have to book a couple weeks in advanced but the wait is worth is.

Friendly fast and accommodating! Called twenty minutes before I walked in the door and was squeezed in between another cut/color!

I had grown bored with my longer hair and needed a new “do”. I like to keep my business local so I tried out Hair by Jessa today and I was highly impressed! Sarah was very down to earth, funny, and professional and she had my son and I both in and out of there looking much more stylish than when we walked in. If you’re new to Richlands then don’t hesitate to give them a call! This will be my stylist as long as they are there.

I am very disappointed in this salon. I had an appointment with Sarah Skinner for a root touch-up for my highlighted hair. However, she put all-over platinum color on my very dark roots causing my roots to turn orange. She didn’t apologize and acted like she didn’t make a mistake. She told me it would fade in time. I paid for the service, but was still very unhappy. I contacted the salon and they assured me it could be fixed and to come back the next day. They booked with the same hair stylist, Sarah, and I was very skeptical about letting her touch my hair again but I was leaving for a wedding in a few days and thought it couldn’t get any worse. I was very wrong, she made it much worse. She basically just put bleach on the roots for 30 minutes leaving the top of my head white with orange
