Theresa is prompt, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. To date my hair has been done for 23 days now (loose crochet) and I’ve received compliments on how it looks like I just got it done. I agree! This is my go to spot and now other people's as well. The environment is clean and temperature appropriate. She IS!!

Theresa is an amazing stylist. She is quick, knowledgeable and efficient with her service. She will try her best to work you into her schedule if there is a time/date that is not available. Responds to messages within a timely manner and is very very awesome with children/special needs children. A big plus is hair is provided with all braiding service and she has complimentary washes with braiding services as well. 10/10 Highly recommend.

Not happy with hair..locs weren't completely taken care of..parts aren't crisp and end of loc seem to unravel but I did contact her and we figured things out and She will promised a redo free of charge to my satisfaction..so I think it was a misunderstanding that totally got worked out..
