Upon walking in, I was greeted by Anna with kindness and care. She really makes her studio a safe space for her clients to feel calm, relaxed and welcome. She has nailed the mood of the room with lights and music that set the tone to just feel at ease. Her touch was soft and light when it came to applying all the different creams, oils, and serums. When it came to the massage, it was even more relaxing! I fell asleep so many times and got the All Around Glow package. It was such a great experience to treat myself with something self-care. Anna was also very great at assessing my skin type and answered my questions when it came to creating a better skin routine for myself. I am glad I took the time to visit her. I am excited to go back!

I booked the "Get Glowing" facial (customized facial) for myself, and Anna did an amazing job! She is such a down to earth person, and is so so fun to talk to. Walking into her space, I felt so calm and relaxed with the dim lights and music. Anna asked me questions about my skincare routine and recent concerns that I had regarding some skin irritation that I was experiencing, so that she could address them in my facial. She also asked if I had any music preferences, which I thought was so sweet of her! She was so incredibly gentle throughout the entire process and made sure to check in with me about how I was feeling, especially during the extractions portion of the facial. Afterwards, my skin felt so much more hydrated than before, and I can't wait to visit Anna again and feel like a pamp

Never gotten a facial before but so glad I went to Anna for my first time. She did an amazing job! It’s was the most relaxing and peaceful experience..I definitely fell asleep at some point haha. After the facial, my face just felt so hydrated, refreshed, and light. She really knows her stuff! Even recommended me some skin care tips and was able to pick up some sunscreen for my face. Definitely going to be back before the holidays.

Anna is amazing!! I was super hesitate to get a facial because I was afraid that I would have some type of skin reaction or breakout. I explained this to Anna prior to booking an appointment, she was very patient and asked several questions and reassured me that we can take longer during the appointment to make sure my skin doesn't have a reaction. During the appointment she walked me through each step of the facial and explained what type of skin I have and what type of treatment would be best for me during my appointment. The facial was extremely relaxing. After the appointment she did a recap of what type of skin I have, product suggestion because I didn't know where to begin. She was so sweet and patient. I was looking for a refresh and Bratzy Beauty was the right choice. Anna did a great job, not only on the facial but also on customer service. She was welcoming and made sure to inform me of the next steps which was extremely helpful. She’s very informative, friendly, provides awesome feedback and will help start your skin care routine. As some who identifies as trans, this a very friendly and welcoming place for me. Definitely will be going back. If you need a place to start your skin care routine, this is the place.
