Sharkey's Cuts for Kids - Woodbury, NY

I am writing on behalf of my 5 and 2 year old who left here stating, "THAT IS THE BEST PLACE EVER! WHEN ARE WE GOING BACK?" & I start with this because these are kids who will not sit still for a second to get their haircut- and actually cry when I even bring it up. From the moment we walked in, we felt like it was a family experience for all of us. The owner, Nicole, welcomed us and immediately walked our little guy over to the HUMMER TRUCK that he loved so much while Blippi was on. In all sincerity, I couldn't have designed a more appealing and engaging place for kids- every color on the wall; the balloons on the ceiling, and the activities were beyond our expectations. My daughter had a great experience. We will definitely be back! She has curly hair and got a cut and blowout with Julie. She loved having her hair blown straight and couldn’t stop running her hands through it. Her cut was one of the best she’s received. To top it all off she got her nails painted as well. It made her day!

Yudi did a great job on my son's hair. She adapted what we wanted to my son's hair type and gave him just a really cute hair cut. She is very good at working around all his wiggles! Sharkeys is a really great environment for the kids. My son is currently obsessed with vehicles so he loves sitting in the seats. He likes to sit in them all and the owner is very tolerant of him wanting to stay long to see all the car chairs, toys and books they have.

Excellent service and facilities.Ms. Yudi went above and beyond to make my 2 year old baby girl's first haircut a wonderful experience.She carefully and patiently washed her hair,asked for a suitable hairstyle and blow dryed my little one's locks.She gave her a cute hairstyle later on and even gave her balloons and little accessories to cheer her up.It wasn't crowded as we went on a working day and booking online for a haircut was so easy.We were so happy after the service here.The stylist is very good with little kids and the place neat,clean and posh! Will definitely be back for such professional services.Highly recommend 👌.

Such a beautiful place for kids. My daughter got a haircut with Yudi and she was amazing. She was so kind and caring took her time with my daughter’s hair. My daughter loved her haircut and especially getting her nails done. Will be coming back for future haircuts. The staff were amazing as well.
