Classy Nails and Spa

I’ve gone twice, both underwhelming experiences. First time was for a pedicure and dip powder. My pedicure was done by a woman and my hands were done by a different woman. I’m not the biggest fan of having to tip separate people, but it is what it is. I walked up with 2 shades of pink and eventually chose the color I preferred. I chose to read while getting my pedicure done so I wasn’t paying attention as to how they were painting my nails, I never thought I’d have to check and ensure that I’m getting the same amount of paint layers per toe, (or potentially the same colors on my toes) and didn’t realize until I was home. Over all the place and the service was very nice and polite they gave me a hot bag as soon as I sat down but the nail techs are a little under trained I guess. It was my first time I went in there asking for blue ombré tips and I asked them if they can do it they agreed. My nail tech was Meena and her shaping game is A1 but she was definitely getting frustrated with her own work too, to the point where she tried to convince me that this is how ombré looks with sponge or brush. She asked me if I got ombré nails done before but I could not make her understand that’s my go to. After her struggling she started being aggressive a little bit. My favorite and only trusted nail salon! I moved from the city and was so happy to have found Michelle to do my nails every 2 weeks. I get gel and Michelle has been so good not to damage my nails. I’ll always come back here and recommend it to anyone. Nicest and most accommodating staff ever!

Very upsetting to die. I went in for a pedicure I agreed not once but two times with the gentleman that was giving me the pedicure that I will do the $45 pedicure. The other girl that works there yes she said something to me not quite sure what she asked but regardless the gentleman that did my pedicure I clearly stated to him and he looked like he understood that I wanted the pedicure for $45. Once I went up to pay she hit me up with $60. I tried to explain to her that I asked for the $45 pedicure and she just kept going on and on and on about how she said to me something about a 20 minute massage. I stayed it to her it doesn't matter what you and I spoke about the gentleman doing my pedicure we clearly discussed it and I told him two times the $45 pedicure. She did not care she was not w

The ONLY place I go, not only because it is incredibly clean, but because it is family-run and you can feel the love that Michelle and Jay put in to every aspect. My manicures last super long, Jay’s massages get our every last kink and I swear I somehow have to wax less because of their approach. 10/10 stars and a highlight of my week.
