Sharkey's Cuts for Kids - Louisville, KY

Our daughter had a great first haircut experience here! Chloe was so kind and gentle with her the whole time. Chloe also made sure to check in with us for the length and cut as she was going, not taking too much each time because we could always cut more. I really appreciated her understanding and patience. The themed chairs and decorations really make it the perfect experience for any kiddo. I’m grateful we chose Sharkeys!

We had a great first experience at Sharkeys today. I love that it is very clearly a salon for kids, but offers a full-service experience. This was the first time my daughters have had their hair shampooed before a cut, but at the same price point as the places that just wet it down. Chloe and Shasta were very sweet and patient with my girls and did a great job with the haircuts. And they have online booking! Five stars!

Shasta did an amazing job, not only cutting my childs hair, but engaging with her at her level. The salon is adorable. Prices are very reasonable. I am so glad I chose to take my daughter here for her very 1st hair cut. We will definitely be back! Thank you Shasta!

Chloe and Shasta were amazing! Each of them worked on my two daughter's hair and nails and their hair looks and feels wonderful. They were very patient and very kind. This was my my girls' first experience in a salon and we were really nervous, and that subsided very quickly thanks to them! And their nails are SO cute! We'll definitely be going back to see them again!

We had our son’s first haircut at Sharkey’s yesterday & couldn’t have been happier! From the aesthetic, to the environment, to the staff, to the actual haircut itself- it was all great! My son has curly hair & I’ve been hesitant of getting it cut one, bc I don’t want him to lose his curls & two, bc my first-born had a traumatic first haircut experience (somewhere else) so I was holding off as long I could. We scheduled with Shasta to cut his hair & I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She was friendly, professional, & did an incredible job with my son. He doesn’t like his hair to rushed. She made the whole experience fun & enjoyable, not only for my son but for me as well. I highly recommend her & we will absolutely be returning to her for my sons haircuts in the future
