Sharkey's Cuts For Kids

Today was my sons first time at Sharkeys at we had the best experience! Heather C was our stylist and I could cry for how amazing she was!! She spoke to my son in a way that he could comprehend at his age (he’s 2) and mostly nonverbal. Anytime my son got wiggly she was so patient and moved with him. My son has had many traumatic haircuts in the past and my son was smiling the whole time during this haircut. We like to keep my sons hair long and she did the exact haircut I imagined! She styled it well, thinned it out well (my sons hair is SUPER thick) and layered it. We will definitely be coming back! From a mom to another mom THANK YOU HEATHER!❤️❤️❤️❤️

We recently took our autistic son to Sharky's Hair Salon for his first haircut since moving here a month ago, and I can't express how pleased we were with the experience! Our stylist, Sarah, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in, Sarah made us feel welcome and ensured that the environment was comfortable for my son, who has sensory sensitivities. She took the time to understand his needs, offering accommodations that made the haircut stress-free for him. Her patience and understanding were truly remarkable. Sarah's skill in cutting hair was equally impressive. She gave my son a wonderful haircut, all while keeping him calm and engaged. First off, I want to say that we have been coming to this place and have gotten good haircuts from other ladies for about a year. But today my husband took my 2 yr old son to Amy (for first time) for a haircut. Requested longer in the front so we can comb to the side. Not only is it not longer in the front but it’s basically butchered. Pic attached. Also want to note that the cut started off with her with one hand holding her phone and the other cutting his hair. Overall pretty disappointed this time around.

Just moved here a few months ago. Have been here twice and have had my 3.5 yr old son's hair cut by Sarah. Sarah does an amazing job! I LOVE how I can schedule online. LOVE the salon with great cool cars for the kids and they put on any tv show for them. He stays occupied and its over fast! Will be coming back again and again! Highly recommend!

We came here for my son's first haircut after passing on a different place the week before. From the time we got in the staff was super friendly knew who to expect and treat us great. Heather was wondeful in handling our boy (who at first did not want the haircutting gown on), she handed him a balloon, turned on a little TV for him and he even got to sit in a paw patrol car. I would recommend this place 10/10 times and will come back for every haircut in the future
