SHAPES BROW BAR

I have driven here 5 times in the last weeks after Christmas, and the shop has been closed. Yet they don't have a problem drafting my account for the membership. I called the number on the receipt and it doesn't work. I called the shop and a second number I have saved for them. The second line was answered after 5 rings, but no one said anything. The line disconnected and the number called me back, but not saying anything. I need them to open the shop or refund my December & January payment.

I have been a member for years but the location I visted has been closed for months. I called "the company number" to cancel my membership, but the money keeps coming out of my account. Now when I log onto the website my anti-virus states it's a malicioous site.

I came at 6:50pm to get a service that I pay for monthly, because they close at 7pm she wouldn’t service me very unprofessional. If it was any other place and we walked in with 10 minutes to spare and knew what we needed. We wouldn’t be happy about getting turned around! Never going back and canceling my membership!

$14 dollars for Eyebrows threaded . The lady didn’t even ask me if I liked my eyebrows and when I checked I still had hairs and I told her and she didn’t remove them. She didn’t even cut down my brow hairs or anything I was so dissatisfied. Also they do not wax eyebrows at all apparently, they only want you to thread . Do not recommend.

I loves this place but for the past 2 weekends has been close. I came Sunday at 1 pm and Saturday at 3 pm. Closed light turned off I paid the annual membership but they are not consistent so disappointed
