Shapes Brow Bar

I went to this location just because it’s close to me but I usually go to the one in Willowbrook. Anyway. I got my chin and eyebrows threaded. It’s usually a little burning sensation to I didn’t think anything of it. But she completely cut me all up. It never stopped burning. Now I have to walk around with my neck and chin all cut up! It’s the first time this has ever happened. Never going back there again. Worst experience ever.

I went to get a facial the lady didnt speak English fluently but the other lady did. Anyway her products were very drippy & cold as she put it on my face. So that product dripped on my clothes & in my hair. So i tried to wipe it off. When i got home later that evening i noticed a burning sensation on my stomach. So now i have 2 burn marks that penetrated through my skin & bled. Do not reccomend & will not be back.

Are they even open for business? They never answer the phone. Then I took a blank trip to the location and it was closed in the middle of the day without explanation!

Update: The new Shapes Brow Bar location has moved to I Salon Studios on 1960 in Humble (suite 108)....Original Post: This location is no longer owned by Shapes Brow Bar. They are now just called Brow Bar but they are still using Shapes name and branding. Because they were misleading, I went in for an eyebrow service which I intended to pay for with my prepaid membership with Shapes. However, it wasn't until checkout that I was informed that they were no longer owned by Shapes so my membership would not be honored and I had to pay full price. I would not have had an issue with this if they had been honest...the service was ok but I won't be back due to shady practices. I requested a business name update from Google

I told the lady do not make them thin and leave my tail ends because I do not draw on my brows... she took off the entire end on the right and they were both thin. She asked me if I wanted her to fix them but how can she fix them if they are already thin. All she could do was take off the end on the left brow but I was not getting back in the chair to let her mess them up more than they already were. TERRIBLE! Then she still charged me the full amount no discount, no I'm sorry then looking at them like she don't see what I'm talking about. They so messed up even Stevie Wonder can see what I'm talking about. No offense to anyone but I'm angry. DO NOT waste your money going there you are better off doing them yourself.
