Jackie is an amazing hairstylist! I went in with a photo of a color I loved and she matched it spot on. Also gave me my first hair extensions and I am in love. The first time in a long time that I’ve walked out of a salon completely happy with the results. Can’t wait to go back

Terrible Experience -- Worst haircut and highlight experience I am beyond upset with my experience at Shades Salon. I went in hoping for a fresh new look, but what I got was a complete disaster. My stylist Gaye (Gay)? Completely ruined my hair. I asked for a simple layered bob, with frosted highlights and left with the worst hair cut I've ever had. It's uneven, choppy, and honestly looks like something I could have done at home myself. It's completely NOTHING like what I asked for or showed her in the photos. Im truly shocked at how badly it turned out. The highlights are equally horrendous. I specifically asked for the natural highlights for my hair color, and what I got was a streaky uneven mess. Was desperate to find a new stylist who would understand my hair and do a great job. Ive had so many bad haircuts in the past that I have stylist ptsd. I am very happy to say that Gaye did a fantastic job and I was very pleased with the haircut. I look forward to seeing her again and taking my grand daughter for a good cut too. Thanks Gaye!

Christie is an amazing stylist and always does top quality work! I have been having her do my hair for years and she has never disappointed! I highly recommend you see her the next time you need your hair done.
