Jamie was very professional and prepared ahead of time with a plan to target the areas of concern during the massage. She knows the anatomy of how the muscles run along the body and where they attach and during my massage she worked with that in mind. I had a deep tissue massage and she loosened the area first and then applied more pressure but never painful. I was even surprised that she found areas of stiffness that was related to my overall targeted area that I didn’t even know were part of the problem. The overall massage was great and very therapeutic! She also recommended different ways of just holding or carrying my body that would help me, that made so much sense. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend! Thank you!

Got the 30 min neck/shoulder/face massage and it was amazing! I will definitely be coming back. Place was easy to find, waiting room is comfy and clean and the massage was great.

I have been going here for lymphatic drainage massages after my recent BBL surgery and Jamie has done a fantastic job! Every time I see her I feel better than when I came in. She is extremely professional and accommodating and the office is clean and pricing very reasonable. 5/5 stars!
