After telling Kelcie I hadn't done anything professionaly with my hair in over a year, thanks pandemic, she didn't try to upsell me some fancy and pricey treatment or color. She simply suggested a service and product based on what I told her about my low key style. A quick gloss treatment, a good cut and style was exactly what I needed. I love my fresh new hair even though we really didn't do too much to it. And that's the point. If you want to be heard and not sold try Shade+West.
