I had an appt for almost or over two weeks now for my 7 year old daughters school pictures tomorrow , I was sitting in the salon for over 30 mins before I called the stylist (Roshonda) and she informed me she FORGOT about an appointment I BOOKED! Extremely unprofessional! My only option was to wait on her to come from Ga to do my daughters hair because she could not locate another stylist smh. If I could give it zero stars I would

I do not recommend. Very unprofessional they tell you to be on time for your appointment yet they are never on time to do your appointment. they will cancel on you ! shop is dirty. In other words if you have an appointment for 1 o’clock you won’t be seated in the chair until 1:45 almost 2:00
