Worst experience ever! I was recommended to this location by a friend for eyelash service and after 12 hours the individual lashes started coming off. Upon my return to have the issue resolved, I was initially advised they would not fix. Poor customer service! Although the young lady corrected the messed up eye, I still feel the issue is unresolved as they may still come off tomorrow. Disappointed 😔 and I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The girls are least bothered! The salon closes at 8.00!! You go for eye-brows around 7:30-7:40 and they will say we are closing (instead, they are sitting ideal) You go for quick clean-up at any time of the day, they will say we don’t do today!! Always rude to talk. Never available!!

Aisha at the Raleigh location was absolutely amazing. I was terrified of threading but she made it painless. I would highly recommend going to her. She was also extremely professional.

Ranjana is excellent at threading and she is the best at eyelash extension. She does striplashes for me and they last over a week and today she did some cluster lash and they fabulous
