Very disappointing experience! At first I was pleased to find Serge, our consultation went very well, we seemed to be on the same page and he understood what I would like for my hair, natural looking highlights for naturally dirty blonde hair. The appointment and result was upsetting. Serge was rushing during the appointment, my hair was over processed in some parts, completely white. He did not tone it. At a small part in the back crown he tried to color the over processing white by adding a dark color, which did not blend with my lighter natural hair color. At home completely distraught I called the salon to see if there was anything that could be done, they said to come back the following day and he would ‘fix’ it. I finally found the perfect salon! HECTOR did an amazing job on transforming a really bad cut from a former stylist. I love my short hair! After a week, I wanted to go even shorter at my nape. The receptionist scheduled me in quickly. HECTOR immediately understood my vision. He was kind, accommodating, friendly as always, and extremely generous. Super professional and punctual. Super nice people and great atmosphere. The products and basically everything is great quality and the stylists are so welcoming and nice. Ive been going for years and have never been disappointed. Hector is my stylist and he amazes me everytime, he really has a magic touch. Hes also very kind and honest.
