I booked a surprise massage for my wife. She couldn't stop raving about how good it was and how amazing she felt during and after. I absolutely loved that Liz had weekend availability. The atmosphere was very tranquil as soon as we stepped into the room, and the wife who was nervous not knowing what she was walking into was swiftly put to ease. I highly recommend Liz for your holistic therapeutic needs and we will definitely be booking her again moving forward. Thank you Liz, you were a pleasure!

Liz is by far, hands down, the BEST massage therapist I’ve been to in Maryland!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 (I drive from Catonsville to Frederick to see her 😆) She is super professional, she listens & provides extra attention on your areas of concern, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks! The thing I love most is that while getting a deep tissue massage, my body NEVER tenses up. She is super grounded and eases into muscles and knots to where you are not squirming off the table in pain Bc it hurts so good. This new space is absolutely relaxing and serene. So check it out.
