Serenity Spa by Westgate

My first time experiencing a head spa service. It was absolutely DIVINE. Cristina walked me through everything to expect: the scalp treatment, rosemary oil application, salt scrub, and conditioning treatment - the whole nine. She took the time to ask about my scalp, hair, skin concerns, and any sensitivities (I have a tender scalp and can start tearing up), which immediately put me at ease. The experience itself was a complete dream. I melted into serenity from the moment she began. Along with the head spa service, she incorporated a relaxing neck and hand massage that tied everything together beautifully. Wow! This spa is absolutely gorgeous 😩 Diffusers tastefully placed in different corners, engulfing the room in aromatherapy. The moment you step into the spa, you began to feel a sense of relief my boyfriend and I did had the bliss spa package in our masseuse‘s Lisette and Erica did such a wonderful job, relaxing us in tending to our physical needs. Omaira Checked on this consistently, making sure our needs were met and provided us with our every request. Highly recommend This spa and resort for a couples, romantic and relaxing getaway.

Excellent massage by Takeisha! Loved my deep tissue massage, however, would not return here for the facilities. There is a very small jacuzzi tub, steam room, and sauna. The jacuzzi was only warm and I kindly asked if they could check the temperature. I believe it was the manager, Debra, responded very short saying they had an issue since yesterday and that they put in a request for maintenance. The second I got out of my massage she approached me and said rudely, “the maintenance says the temperature is within range” although the sign claims to have a constant temperature of 104F. The spa itself is not monitored consistently and we had to turn the steam room on whenever we wanted to use it. There are no lounge chairs either or a place to put your feet up and relax. Had late afternoon session which ended at closing. Although scheduled 2p session it was moved back twice to 3:30p. Had no time to relax in hot tub & sauna post treatments. Men's shower were out of order not a big deal as my room was near by. However, recommended scheduling for morning early afternoon to allow for post treatment relaxation using facilities without feeling rushed out at closing

I had an amazing time here. Takisha my massage therapist knew the right pressure during my service. I have bad back pain, she was not intense and gave me a massage leaving me impressed. I also had an express facial, I loved that the bed was warm. overall very good experience and service.
