Serenity Spa by Westgate

Absolutely Amazing First Massage! This was my very first professional massage, and it honestly couldn’t have been better. My massage therapist was incredibly detailed, thorough, and patient — she explained each step and made sure I knew exactly what to expect, which helped me feel completely comfortable. The entire experience was relaxing and professional from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed, loose, and stress-free. I’ll definitely be recommending the Serenity Spa to everyone I know!

Jessica was nice but $200 for the worst nail set I’ve ever had in my life is beyond disappointing. After a long week at champs convention I just wanted a little pampering for myself before leaving the next day on a 6am flight. Instead I paid $300 for the worst nails and a cheap pedicure. I will be exp a call from management or I will be disputing the charge.

Booked an 80 minute massage. Giselle had strong hands, and did wonders for my shoulders. The facility is nice with two hot tubs, a sauna and steam room. Knocked stars off because I specifically asked for hips/glutes/low back, and reminded during the massage, and she did not work on that area at all, stuck to my upper back and legs, even after I said mid-massage that I was really looking forward to the hips/glutes/low back. When it was done I thought well maybe she ran out of time, but when I checked the clock, I had a 70 minute massage not the full 80, so she had plenty of time time but didn’t do my specific request. What she did was lovely but she didn’t hit the area I really needed.

What a awesome experience from when I walked into the door until I left but big shout out to CPO Engineer Jermaine Perdue despite all the things he had to take care of he was able to go over some things at the spa but most dime healthy techniques to cleans and rejuvenate the body. He also continue to check on us and make sure are experience was pleasant. I am a proud owner here at Westgate and happy for the service Jermaine presented to day. I recommend asking for him to help you get the best feeling and relaxation and recovery need here at this spa.

Intimate and peaceful. Kaylee helped me with a sciatica issue...highly recommend her! Walk in showers, sauna, relaxing jacuzzi, plenty of toiletries. Located with fitness center and hair salon on the 3rd floor next to the pool in the north tower. Great experience. I will be back.
