This place is absolutely amazing! I just had a massage with Sonya, and she was incredible. From the calming atmosphere to her expert touch, the entire experience was pure relaxation. Mark at the front desk was equally impressive. He was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything flowed seamlessly from check-in to the massage room. Huge compliments to the whole team for creating such a flawless and welcoming experience!

My stylist here is excellent and I am always happy with the results of my cut. However, there is a bit of a disconnect between the front desk management and the talent of the stylists. It would be a much better experience if the professional quality of the styling was matched by the customer service at the front. Great stylists, but the management could use more focus on their customer service.

My husband bought me a package for Valentines Day. I had a wonderful, relaxing time. 1 hour massage with Alex, very soothing. Facial with Kim, amazing! Mani pedi with the girls, I didn't get their cards so I'm sorry I forgot your names, and they were very personable and had a great conversation.

I took my wife to Serenity and she was extremely happy. The staff is great, the atmosphere is pleasant, and for you boutique shoppers, this place is for you. Cynthia did a great job on my wife's hair. So much so, my wife has another appointment with Cynthia later this year. My friend and I recently got facials with Vanessa and it was wonderful! The check in process was easy and relaxing, there was a beautiful waiting room with snacks and drinks as well and Vanessa really knew what she was talking about. She was friendly while also letting me enjoy the quiet and did a great job treating my face. We will be back as this was our first spa visit here!
