Massage Your Way to Health

This was my first visit with Roselyn. The massage therapist. She needed to do some serious work on my right shoulder. Several days later and the shoulder is still relaxed, moving freely and feeling much better. I will definitely be going back soon to get some relief for other issue. Very therapeutic. Not the typical full body massage.

I've been suffering for 6 weeks with problems in my neck, head,trap & peck muscles. Also accompanied with vertigo. I also have neck fusion Cervical 4-7. Ive always been very hesitant about letting anyone get near my neck. After getting approval from my doctor, I called Roselyn. I had to leave a message. She was very gracious & called me back within 5 minutes. She even adjusted her schedule to work me in. Just by talking with her on the phone I could tell that she wasn't your typical massage therapist. She is Very knowledgeable of the human anatomy & muscular makeup. For 6 weeks I could barely turn my head. It was painful to lift my arm due to shoulder pain. Nothing I did gave me any relief. Just with 1 session with Roselyn my neck muscles had released a lot. Hey I started in August 2025. At first I assumed I would just get my muscle knots removed and I've seen a couple of physical therapist in the past and Roselyn is definetly the best one I have been seeing. I see a couple negative reviews on her but I don't see a problem with her and her work. She tells you everything she is doing and why she is doing it. I ask her questions and she answers them with even more information than I expect. She is very knowledgeable in her craft and has went overtime with me many times when she could've just cut the session off. She is very polite and she genuinely wants to see you get better. Remember if you just think she has to do all the work then you are wasting your time. You can't just not do what she says and expect results then get upset when you sent

Roselyn has a gift and I’m so glad she shares it. She found tension I didn’t even know I was carrying and somehow knew exactly where to work—even when the source of the pain wasn’t where I felt it. I walked out feeling more mobile and released than I have in a long time. She is so knowledgeable and gives great suggestions. Experience is not like any conventional massage and absolutely priceless.

You just need to know that she does NOT massage you. THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL MASSAGE THERAPIST. She is kind of a blend of counter strain therapy & nerve therapy. I booked a deep tissue /sports recovery massage after completing Army Basic Training and I explained to her my knees were my problem area and particularly my left side. She immediately went to my right side claiming that if my left side hurts then my right side must need the most work and therefore she must prioritize my right side . She did some light touching on a couple of my nerves for 40 minutes before she then worked on my right shoulder. THEN THE TIME WAS UP. SHE NEVER EVEN TOUCHED MY LEFT LEG.
