100% recommend! Nicol is amazing! She did an incredible job with my hair and it was the first time I went to her. Highly recommend. Very comfortable atmosphere!
I LOVE this salon! Nicole, the owner and her staff are Awesome!They are welcoming, friendly, the shop is clean & comfortable, offering a wide variety of services. I absolutely LOVE my stylist Rachel, she is Amazing!! She listens and goes above and beyond! Five star Colorist and Beautiful human!! ❤️
I had an amazing experience with Nicole. I was hesitant to get my haircut or go into a salon because of covid. I expressed my concern and Nicole wore a mask and even asked an employee to back up to 6 ft to ask her a question because she wasn’t wearing a mask. It was a wonderful and calming experience. My haircut and eyebrows look fantastic as well!!! Great and high quality service all the way around. I will be back to Serenity Salon & Spa.
My husband took my grandson to this location and they butchered his hair. His bangs were cut almost up to his hair line. Would definitely not recommend this salon.
Kylee did an amazing job with my hair. I need to make another appointment to come back..
