I really enjoyed this location for 3 years until I cake in this week February 6th. 2 employees in the front are essentially screaming about their taxes and even talking about person matters that don't belong in that store or that loud. They were at the doors and I couldn't even hear myself over them from the front. My biggest complaint is lack retail skills or knowing how to help a customer in need. Put in 2 pickuo orders with a birthday gift I was charger for both orders and was never given product or received emails. However I kept showing her that I just made the purchase and she proceeded to look ar me and tell me there is nothing she could do. No help, no refund, no products that she watched me pay for on my phone. 5 other employees in there and she couldn't be bothered to ask one of

My husband LOVES this place. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always have a nice suggestion for him.

I really love this location! They are always fully stocked, the staff is sooooo friendly, and it’s always clean and organized. I used to live in Stillwater and would go to that store. Even tho that’s a great store too, the one in Ponca City just feels more cozy and personable. Thank you to the wonderful employees that make every shopping experience a great one!

Their are some awesome sales going on right now. The employees were great! All this for only $18.00 with tax. WOW
