Tried to book an appt with this business several times. First time they cancelled on me one hour before my scheduled appt. The second time they sent me two reminders about my upcoming appt and then failed to show up themselves without the courtesy of a phone call, text or email to apologize. Don’t waste your time or your money, lots of other great, reliable massage therapists available elsewhere.

Dear Serenity Richmond (in Mechanicsville) You have not responded to the several contact attempts made by The Better Business Bureau. You have not responded to the 7 voicemails, 4 website emails, and 2 Facebook PM's that I've sent over the last year and a half in an effort to contact you to make an appointment. In effect, the BBB will be adding this communication issue to their public records. Additionally, I will be writing online reviews as well as posting here and elsewhere to warn others in our community about your dishonest business practices. You have taken $104.25 from our family and have refused services over the last year and a half of trying to get in contact with you to make an appointment. Thus, you have stolen our money. My husband saved up and gave me this gift certificate

Had a great time! Milinya was very intentional about setting the space and atmosphere and making sure she targeted the problem areas I mentioned! Very relaxing and calming.

Have a very relaxing environment with a very nice staff who want you to be comfortable and satisfied with your experience. Will definitely be back!
