Serenity on Sunset Luxury Nails

I’m from out of town, I had searched reviews at different nail salons before I decided to give Serenity a try, I was not disappointed. Annie and her salon is EXACTLY what I needed. She was kind, professional, and did phenomenal work on my nails! The picture does them no justice. Straight lines, no rivets in the acrylic. She has tons of colors to choose from and some of the coolest pedi chairs I’ve ever seen! We had great conversations and I can’t wait to go back for a pedi next week!! I very much recommend Serenity on Sunset next time anyone is looking for a good nail salon!! I’m brand new to El Paso and I’m happy to say I’ve found my new go to salon. Had the best experience at Serenity with Annie and Becky! The space is clean and brand new, very nice inside. Can’t wait to go back to spoil myself again. 💅🏻

This was my first time here and i absolutely fell in love. Annie is the sweetest and truly cares about her customers and what they want. She is so talented and has so many different options. It was also very clean and very relaxing. I highly recommend, I can’t wait to go back.

Love this place! Clean. Well lit. Staff is fantastic. Crazy amount of color options and manicure/pedicure packages. The massage chairs are soooo good 🤤 I will be a repeat customer as long as they’ll have me!

I made an appt….got charged $35 to hold that appt. I arrive early. Waited 30 minutes AFTER my appt. One of the ladies wants me to sit and soak my feet. Mind you I would’ve had my feet in the water for 30 minutes!!!! I said no I would wait. She finishes her pedicure and starts my water so I sit down and start soaking. NOPE, she goes and starts the ladies manicure. I asked her if she was going to start mine and she said I needed to wait until the other girl got furnished. Why have appointments if you aren’t going to follow them?? Definitely not worth it and definitely would give a huge negative star if I could.
