I have been coming here for over 10 years and had a terrible experience three weeks ago that has changed everything. The final product of my nails was burgundy around the edges, my nails were all different lengths and my cuticles were bleeding!! I told the lady who was doing my nails that it hurt. I waited the evening to see if my nails improved and they didn’t, they got worse. I had small open cuts around my fingers which hurt. 2 days later I went back to the salon in hopes that we could work something out as I have been a loyal customer and the quality had not aligned with what was expected for the service. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and nice and they consistently do great work.

Anytime I need a luxurious pedicure I come to Serenity, my mom introduced me to this salon when I first moveo to town a couple of years ago. Anytime I need a great pedicure where they do a stellar job with clean up and attention to detail I come to this salon. I just recently got some color for the first time and it was so subtle and pink it looked like my natural color, my nail tech got it completely right as far as the color choice and I was really pleased with the color on both my nails and my toenails. They always do a great job at this place, so please come and support this local business!!

They fit me and my daughter in at the end of the day but still took their time to do a great job. This is longest lasting gel manicure I have ever had. Second picture is 2 weeks later. At other salons, after a few days the bottoms would start to peel up and catch on things (like my hair). But that hasn’t even started yet and it’s been 2 weeks! They were very good with my daughter and she felt very comfortable and special the entire time.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon consistently for 2 years and prior to that I would drive to it from Bemidji to get my nails done for vacations. It’s always a great experience. My nails are almost always perfect and the employees are always friendly. Today I got my nails done for vacation and the tech that did them executed what I wanted perfectly. I am in love!! They are better than I imagine. THIS is why I continue to drive 20 minutes, past numerous other nail salons to come here every 3-4 weeks. They are not the cheapest place but I know that I will always be coming to a clean salon and get quality results.
