I called ahead and was able to be worked in same day. I walked in with quite overgrown nails. Being new to the area, I simply picked a local salon with good reviews that was close by. Had a great experience with Hengry! He was polite, courteous, and chatty. Even fixed my hang nail for me. The prices are very reasonable and the salon is beautiful/comfortable. Highly recommend giving Serenity a try!

I brought my disabled mom with one leg with me to the spa for pedicure and for her to get a manicure as well. She has exceptionally hard toenails and she has a large amount of edema. Dan was very gentle with her and took such great care of her. Her nails and foot came out beautiful. Sue took care of me with a pedicure. She was very gentle with my broken toe. The pedicure was perfect. She took her time and she paya attention to detail. The salon is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful and very clean. I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Ask for Henry. He’s the best. Everyone is so friendly and professional here. I've been to many nail spots in Lakeland and this is my favorite. Henry has seven years of experience at this salon and it shows. Unlike some nail techs that may buff your nails down to nothing, Henry takes care to keep your nails strong and healthy.

Tom and Henry did a great job on my nails. Time helped me picking out a base color and did great job on my shaped, and Henry did great on my French. This was my first time here and everyone was very welcoming and nice. I will definitely be back!

**UPDATE** 1st, tools used on me where NOT out of any sterilized bags, 2nd the cut WAS NOT addressed until after nails were done, 3rd & last I developed an infection - Photo attached - I immediately went home & used warm water & soap, peroxide & applied Neosporin. I feel that the cut been addressed immediately..it would not have an infection. Finally, I arrived at 5:15 & left at 6:30 pm. This included removal of a prior nail product to match the rest of the set (that's on me) it was to match the shape of the others.
