Serenity Nails Spa

Went to get a set of acrylics removed. The nail tech repeatedly used the drill to file into my natural nails and cut my pinky. I will not be returning.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m a regular customer at Serenity Nails Spa, and I always have a great experience here! The ladies who sit to the right when you walk in are both amazing — professional, friendly, and very detail-oriented. My nails always come out perfect, and they really take their time to make sure I’m happy. The shop is clean, relaxing, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely a 10/10 every visit! 💅✨

I would give a zero but, that is not an option.Visit started off okay.There was a person doing my toes and what appeared to be a new person started to do my nails.There were at least 4 persons, sitting around doing nothing.One person walked through the door for a pedicure and she was called from doing my nails to tend to the person waiting in the pedicure bay. I asked how long before someone else comes to finish, she said 5 minutes. I asked again after waiting about 12 minutes and someone came over.Abruptly asked, “you in a rush”and chuckled. I was not amused. The lady doing my toes obviously noticed my annoyance and decided to support his energy ,by asking me in a rude manner to put up my toes up out of the water while a have a bowl of water that was placed highly in my lap while my fing

I will never return here. My acrylic was stuck to my toes I couldn’t even dig under them and then my toe nail broke and I went to get it fix afterwards both of my toe nails broke. That older lady needs to retire cus he is not good at all. I waste my money.

Took my girlfriend here to get her nails done and ended up getting mine done as well… Kat did such an amazing job!! “She at and left no crumbs” a certain gf stated.
