Serenity Nail Spa

Disappointed. I enjoyed the experience at first. I am a mother of a toddler and expecting another baby soon, we are going out of town on a family trip and I was excited to get my nails done and feel a little more like myself. I paid $100 for a gel mani pedi and they only lasted 2 days. The gel on 3 of my nails started to peel off. We leave for our trip tomorrow and I dont have time to try and fix them myself. Very disappointed with the outcome. Update: we are on our trip and the nails have started to peel even more. I may have to attempt to take them all off soon, it will look better than having polish missing on some of my nails. I have uploaded updated photos.

Kim is amazing! She asked lots of questions so I felt like she really cared, she is also very kind and funny. The spa is clean, and they squeezed me in for a same day appointment. I’ll definitely be back and recommend to my friends, thank you

Appointment for a full set. It was a 6 out of 10 experience. My nail Tech was Jasmin, I've tried to give her a second chance but she's always very snippy and impatient. Whenever I try to talk to her it feels like she's trying to shut me up. Like I'm just a dollar sign and she's trying to get on to her next client. I like my nails but I think Jasmin could have slowed down and done a better job making sure my polish wasn't splotchy on the edges. I would have said something to her on the spot but she was intimidating with the way she would cut me off when I was speaking. If I ever come back to Serenity Nail Spa I will most likely schedule with a different nail tech in hopes for a more gentle and personable experience, after all it's a spa right? Great prices and great nails! I was a little weary with the reviews saying they “rushed” but they just move quickly. Kim was very detail oriented and made sure I was satisfied with my nails throughout the process. Any questions I had, she answered. Definitely recommend!
