Santa Fe Massage Therapy

I have been struggling with Hip and Leg injuries involving pain and limited mobility leading to a part time walker. For 3+ years of spinal shots, various therapy treatments with no results, my PCP said the only way forward is massage therapy. That led me to Bob. Actually, my last resort. He changed my life. His kindness ,compassion and the ability to understand and see the problem with unfiltered clarity is impressive. He doesn’t just hear you he truly listens. He instinctively knows where to funnel his energy when he works on you. After my massage I said to Bob “ A lot of people have talent but you have a gift”. Bob is incredible. Bob was recommended by my PT and his work was a perfect complement to it. He is exceptionally precise in his questions and the corresponding care he provides. He listens deeply, and i don’t know any better way to put it than that he has an incredible receptivity at an energetic level. Not to be super woo-woo about it—he worked with me to break through a stall I was experiencing after shoulder surgery, and his deep tissue work was integral to the phenomenal improvement in my mobility. As someone for whom finding a new massage therapist is a daunting task, I feel very lucky to have found Bob. A wonderful experience! Bob's passion and intuitive approach to his massage work is such a gift and shows great results! After my one hour session, when I got home and drank some water as suggested, I noticed I was feeling really good in my body and very relaxed. Probably for the first time in months, my body did not feel clenched and in that retracted mode. The pain I had been feeling was gone and I was able to rest and sleep very deeply.
