I absolutely love this salon. Trina is my go to lady and her nail technique is 10 out of 10.. I won’t go anywhere else. The salon itself is beautiful, clean and everyone is always so welcoming. I can’t say enough about it.. If you’re looking for a “my favorite place” look nowhere else except Serenity & ask for Trina always 💓💓

I made an appointment with Katie for a new set of GelX nails. I did have to wait although I had an appointment. I’m not thrilled about the experience and I was quite concerned with the process. I have several nicks to my cuticle areas, several of my cuticles had dried blood when she was done. I expressed my concerns to her but I felt like they were ignored. Not only is this unsanitary it’s a health hazard as I am not sure they disinfectant the drill bits in between each customer. Overall, my nails look decent but I can’t say I’ll go back. A couple are crooked. She also added freehand designs on a couple nails without asking me. I feel like she does that to boost the price.

I scheduled an appointment and got a new set of Gel-X nails. My nails look decent but I wasn’t thrilled with my experience. The process is somewhat complicated and I have several nicks to my cuticle areas. I raised this concern with the technician and she disregarded my concerns. Several of my cuticles had blood on them which I pointed out was unsanitary as I’m not sure they disinfectant the drill bits between each customer. I had to use neosporin for a couple days after. Also a couple of my nails are crooked. Katie added free-hand design without asking me, I feel like she does this to boost the price.

Trina is the BEST! She is very good at what she does, and is quick with her service. I have been coming here for 10yrs and always leave the salon satisfied.

First time to this shop. Serviced was awful! I asked for the prices for full set and the shape. I was asked about a design because I didn’t mention it. I told the tech I’d let her know. She put the nails on crooked on one hand when I noticed I told her. She said she still working she’ll fix it. Immediately getting an attitude like I’m playing or something. She was about to polish. I said this the design. The told me I need to pay extra for a design after she already did my nails crooked! Never again! Bad service! Ugly as hell!!!
