Serenity Nail Bar and Day Spa

I have never been so disappointed in getting a mani and pedi. I'd rather pay more and have a pleasant experience with sanitary tools. It was a rushed service and I did not feel pampered , in fact , today is the first time that I ever had a waterless manicure I graduated cosmetology school and my biggest concern here is how unsanitary it is . The tools are supposed to be sanitized and wrapped in individual packaging and opened in front of the customer , not thrown into a thirty box and reused The files, buffers a are supposed to be individual wrapped and cut down to size so you Are not reusing them on customer after customer and the tools are thrown in the same dirty box not in a sanitary.

I had a lovely experience and can’t wait to go back! Phenomenal massages for both services!! Gina and everyone were a delight, in addition to my nails looking amazing.

Great experience here ! First time, I Stopped here on my way to business trip and they made everything a piece of cake for me. Took me right away with no appointment. Woman at the front desk was a pleasure and very kind ! First time I've seen a bar like salon set up. Very coop. They did my nails great and even polished my ring ! They ended a great experience with a back massage while my nails were drying with hot stones. Def recommend !

Very clean place, staff is very friendly, and my toes look great! My toes stay nice for weeks!
