Heather Massage and Wellness

I had a 1-hour deep tissue massage with Karina at Heather Massage in Lafayette Hill, PA, and it was truly the best massage experience I’ve ever had. Before we even started, Karina took the time to give me a short consult where I explained what I was feeling and what I wanted to focus on. She walked me through all the major muscles and tendons involved, how they work, and exactly how she planned to relieve the tension. Her knowledge and professionalism were incredible. During the massage, the pressure was perfect — deep, intentional, and effective. She consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and adjusted as needed. She also gave me several helpful suggestions mid-session that made an immediate difference. After the massage, she didn’t rush at all. She spent a good 10 minutes

Just had a 60 minute therapeutic massage with Nancy, and as someone who has had my share of massages, this was one of the best I ever had! Nancy was so attentive and detail oriented, really focused on every tiny muscle and paid special focus on my problem areas. I truly never wanted this to end!! Will be back for sure. Such a wonderful relaxing experience

I have been a disciple of Heather massage for several years, and this review is long overdue. Heather has assembled the best group of massage therapists & wellness practitioners in the area. They are experts in the field, with formal education and years of experience. They are constantly growing and expanding their offerings/modalities for healing. We are fortunate to have them here. For Deep Tissue massage, everyone is terrific, but Alexander has been my practitioner. He is extremely knowledgeable, has an abundance of academic and practical training, and is open/responsive to feedback. I highly recommend Alex, and this facility, for an exceptional wellness experience.

I’ve been going to Heather Massage for 5 years! I never knew what a quality massage was until I saw her for the first time. I have a lumbar spinal injury and she has helped me so much with pain management. All of her staff are knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend Heather Massage to anyone! PS try out the salt room when you go!!

Sophia is extremely talented and knowledgeable when it comes to massages. The facilities are very clean, professional and relaxing. My only gripe is you need to book far in advance, but that is a testament to how well of a job they do.
