Serenity Foot Massage

My 60 minute "foot" massage included a soothing face, head and arm treatment followed by an incredible foot massage and wonderful pressure point back treatment. Owen is a fantastic therapist! It was easy to book online, prices are reasonable, parking a breeze, the environment is relaxing and front desk helpful. I chose to pay for my service with a credit card and tip in cash. Highly recommend!

I visited this massage salon and decided to try a standard massage after checking the listed prices. The massage table had no heating, so I felt cold during the one-hour session. The massage itself was very basic — not bad, but nothing special or impressive. The most unpleasant part happened at the front desk after the massage. I planned to leave a 10% tip, but the woman at the counter became upset and insisted that I must leave a 20% tip. There was no information anywhere (in the salon or in the price list) stating that a mandatory 20% tip would be added or expected. I want other customers to be aware that the real price may be higher than the listed price, because you may be pressured to add an extra 20% tip afterward. Tips should be optional, not demanded. Quite literally, the best foot massage I have ever had and I have been having foot massages for over 10 years. The environment is relaxing and the staff friendly. Such a relaxing respite. I highly recommend!!

I chose this place because reviews were good. Did think alot of them were staged because no place is that perfect. I wanted to treat my caregiver to a foot massage for all she does for me. I have a man and she had a women. It was nice and dark lite so you felt you could really tone down and relax. My foot massage was pretty decent, could have been a little more pressure but decent. My caregiver on the other hand didn't get that from her foot massage. Come to find out this women wore gloves to massage!!! She didnt do much as far as massage, rubbing oil around. My caregiver is also Asian, but not Chinese. She is a very clean person so it not that her feet are dirty. I was absolutely apauled listening to her tell me how much she hated it. Only received 50 minutes of service when I pay clearly one hour. I pay for the deep tissue massage half of the massage free like Swedish massage. I am an returning customer but after this incident I would prefer a selective person to do my massage. I have three other did my massage before and they were excellent! That why I always come back to this place and I am a regular, But this new person which clearly don’t care about customer service. I guess the standard have drop. Worst of all she ask for how much tips I pay to others which make me feel uncomfortable. I pay in tips base on your performance and I don’t pay less than 15% even though your massage wasn’t as good I still pay more than 15%. I feel very offended. When coming to a massage parlor you should feel great not feel like uneasy.
