Amber has been doing my nails for years, so she was the obvious choice to do my wedding nails when I got married in October 2025. She is the best nail tech I know, and when I moved away from Rochester I was very sad to leave her! My wedding nails were absolutely perfect, and I'm so thrilled with how they turned out. The staff at the desk were amazing too, as I had a large group with wedding party members and family members all getting nails done the day before the wedding. They were incredible in helping me to get everyone scheduled, and I'm grateful for all their effort to make our morning there go smoothly.

Brittany was lovely and did such an amazing job on my hair. I left knowing I got exactly what I wanted. Everyone at serenity was so kind, from check in to check out. Such a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be recommending serenity and Brittany to others!!

Zoe was great!!! I came in with a big request and she delivered!!!!! It took a while but we had lots of fun!! We talked, giggled, and were happy. I highly recommend Zoe!!!!!!!!! She’s such a sweetheart and always made sure I was okay!! Will definitely come back for her!

Anna K was amazing! I've only lived in Rochester a little over a year, and since coming here I've had such a hard time finding local stylists who can do cute, feminine pixie cuts. I was about to throw in the towel and head to The Cities, but decided to give Serenity a chance due to all the positive reviews. Now that I've been there, I can attest they 5-star reviews are well earned. And Anna knocked it out of the park! She stayed true to the reference pictures I brought with me, gave me meaningful guidance and suggestions on how to adapt the photos for my hair and inevitable future growth, and made me look and feel beautiful. Plus the colors look great! I will definitely be returning.

Hadn’t been to a salon for multiple years so I had some anxiety at first but I absolutely loved my experience with Mariah. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she made the entire appointment feel comfortable & personal. She has a gift for making you feel comfortable & heard while still being completely attentive to her work. I left feeling confident, refreshed, & so happy with the results. She was happy to share with me advice on my hair type & provide tips & product recommendations to maintain it the way that I like. Highly recommend! She shared with me her love for job & how it’s very rewarding for her. I really admired that.
