Everyone at Serene Nail Spa is amazing. I don’t ever request someone for my pedicures because everyone is great. Lilly usually does my nails but like I said everyone is talented and professional. I’ve been coming here for years now and I’ve always been very satisfied and happy with my service. I also get my eyebrows waxed here and they always look nice and clean. I’ve brought family and friends here and they’ve all enjoyed getting pampered at Serene. This is a 5 star place all around! I recommend it to everyone. -Jennifer

They got me in short notice on a walk in and I asked for basic acrylics, with black french tips. The actual acrylic design looks nice, the shape is good and color was perfect. Now, the actual application was poor, with lifting occurring within less than a week on several nails. The manicure itself was poor, with no attention to detail. The ends of the acrylic by my cuticles looks HORRIBLE, they didn't prep my nails properly, so that's why lifting happened within less than three days. Uneven application, and just poor work overall. Do not recommend.

My mom sister and I love coming here! Jennifer and Friday do an amazing job. My only complaint is whenever I make an appointment the man that answers the phone always accuses me, my mom or sister of not showing up. We always go to our appointments or call days/hours ahead to reschedule (which rarely happens). It’s to the point I don’t like to even call anymore.

I came here and everyone was nice however I do feel overcharged and the work didn’t even last more than a week. 2 nails fell off and 4 of my OWN toe nails fell off. $135 for frenchtip on both nails and toes is pretty steep and it not lasting at least 2 weeks is disappointing. The prices they charged me vs what’s in the website did not match. I was charged more.
