I’ve tried quite a few massage places around the neighborhood, and by chance I decided to stop by Serein Spa since I hadn’t been there before. They had an opening, so I booked a daytime massage — and I’m so glad I did. This was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had in NYC. My therapist was incredibly attentive and intuitive. It genuinely felt like she was finding muscles and pressure points in my back that no one had ever worked on before — and I get massages regularly. The entire experience was wonderful. The spa itself is beautiful, cozy, and very well kept. Everything feels thoughtful and welcoming, and the staff clearly care about their clients. I had a wonderful experience with Helen for my lymphatic drainage massage! The atmosphere was very peaceful, clean, and Helen informed me of everything that would occur during the session. I am leaving feeling very refreshed! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back again.

I absolutely LOVED my facial here and I will definitely be back! I did a glycolic peel and extractions and my face was so smooth and dewy afterwards! The massage that comes along with the facial was so relaxing and I feel like it loosened up my jaw a lot because the aesthetician named Helen has magic hands. 😊 Upon entering, you take your shoes off and wear slippers so the space where you get your facial is very clean. She was very knowledgeable about my skin and recommended me products to try out and a skincare routine suited to the type of skin I have. They put on relaxing music as well so you can really decompress after a long day at work. It is extremely well priced and I will be back.

Chic cozy boutique spa in nyc that offers authentic K-beauty care. All staff is very skillful, considerate and friendly, and the place is very clean and well maintained. If you're looking for a state-of-art care combined with relaxing massage, this is definately the place to go.

Recently got a signature facial and it was AMAZING! Usually hesitant to get facials these days but this one did not disappoint! The studio is so clean and cozy, and they take one client at a time so it was it was so quiet and serene. I’ve been experiencing dry skin with the cold weather and the facial left my skin feeling healed and ultra moisturized! The way the aesthetician massaged my neck and upper area was next level! Literally transported me to another universe it was so relaxing. 10/10 experience and highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back for their body massage!
