Serein Lash Chelsea

The most serene and high quality lash experience in the city. Have been a loyal client for many years and would never go elsewhere! Other places in nyc I tested earlier on were sore experiences after trying Serein (honestly laughable with the quality difference). Years later and my lashes have never been as healthy and the treatments are incredibly natural and flattering. Chloe and Daisy have become like family and show so much care and grace every step of the way. They care about making sure you have a calm and relaxing experience and focus on lash health. Really could not recommend more - an absolute must if you are looking for a lash spot in the city (would also check out their nails and the massages are 🤌)

Chloe and the Serein Lash Lounge staff are amazing! I moved recently to Chelsea and had been trying out multiple different lash places to get my fills done and wasn’t successful until I came here. They are so so so kind and sweet, very reasonable with prices, can do my fills quickly but efficiently and are always extremely flexible with appointments. The only place in the city where my lashes last and I am not paying an insane amount of money (which is extremely hard to find in NYC). Love love love this place :)

A friend and I had our lashes done here. Highly recommend this place, the first time I went midtown and had a wonderful experience at both locations. Super relaxing and very neatly kept. Grace also had really helpful recommendations for the lashes and they came out so pretty. Definitely will be my go to place from now on!!

I've been going here for the past two years. The ladies who work there are so sweet and professional. The space always smells good and feels really clean and comfortable. No joke my lashes have lasted 4-5 weeks without a fill when I don't put on makeup every day. I've gone to two other lash salons prior and Serein is the best hands down. They always do an excellent job making my lashes look full but natural. It's easy to make an appointment by texting and you can pay via venmo if you want. I've never had a reaction and trust them completely. Highly recommend you give them a try if you're debating!

I started here a few months ago after a year of looking for a new lash salon that would be convenient for me (I live uptown). Chloe and Clara are both absolutely incredible and have been wonderful to work with. Add to that, I'm pregnant and was placed on strict bed rest, Chloe came to ME so I could have my lashes done before my sister's wedding that is have to attend in a wheelchair. Truly exceptional. My lashes have lasted longer than with other salons, and the time andncare they both take makes all the difference. I also love that their location is very quiet, in a great building and not in a "factory-like" setting as some other lash studios are. When I've been there alone they out on whatever music I like, and always greet me with a hug. Truly an awesome studio and 2 great women.
