I had such an amazing experience at this Sephora location thanks to Brianna. I initially went in just looking for a few items and didn’t have specific brands in mind, but she completely elevated the entire experience. She helped me find a Fenty tinted sunscreen, a Makeup by Mario lip pencil, and a Haus Labs concealer and she made sure every shade was absolutely perfect for me. She took her time matching my undertones, tested products in natural sunlight so I could see the true tone, and really made sure I felt confident in my choices. I’ve been to this location before for perfume, but this was my first time shopping for makeup there and Brianna made it such a welcoming, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable experience. She went above and beyond. Sephora needs more people like her!

I had a small issue with a promotion not being applied to my purchase, but the team handled it beautifully. Calliça was extremely kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to understand the situation and made sure everything was resolved properly. Another associate also helped, and both were very attentive. Customer service like this makes all the difference. Thank you for honoring the promotion and taking care of me!

Kerly the manager was super accommodating. I called to reschedule my appt another very kind young lady answered the phone. She was super professional handed the phone to Kerly who accommodated all my scheduling needs. The level of kindness and professionalism was unmatched.

Today is my birthday and I went to go to redeem my gift and they were really nice! I wasn’t signed in and Kerly helped me right away, and made my day so much better with her kindness and help so thank you all Sephora workers and Kerly for making my day💗

This Sephora is amazing, I will drive out of my way to come here. Janice (I’m sorry if I misspelled her name) is so sweet and patient. She color matched me to three different products and was so patient and kind the whole time. The cashiers are always so friendly, just a really great experience every single time.
