Really disappointed with my experience at this Sephora location. The workers were extremely rude and acted like helping customers was a burden. When I asked a simple question about a product, the employee barely responded and had a very dismissive attitude. The store itself was nice, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. No one offered help, and it felt very unwelcoming. Sephora is supposed to be a place where people can ask questions and feel comfortable trying products, but that was definitely not the case here. I hope management works on improving how customers are treated because this visit left a bad impression. 😕

It is unacceptable that this store continues to sell Huda Beauty products while fully aware of the brand owner’s support for Iran’s Islamic Republic, a regime responsible for the killing of over 50,000 young people and protesters. Choosing to keep these products on your shelves is not neutrality; it is complicity. When businesses ignore mass human rights violations, they place profit above humanity. Many Iranians around the world are watching which companies stand on the right side of history, and which do not.

I went in to get my makeup done for our Christmas photos, and honestly, it was a really disappointing experience. My face ended up looking super pale, almost ghost-like, and the lipstick they put on me was way too dark. I asked for options, but the choices they gave me didn’t make sense for the look I needed. The eye makeup was also extremely heavy on me — way more than what I asked for. When I looked at the photos afterward, I noticed the blush wasn’t blended at all, and the whole look just felt off. I paid for a professional service, but the result looked amateur. Now I’m honestly worried my Christmas pictures are going to look more like Halloween than holiday photos. I don’t recommend their makeup services.

Shop here frequently with my daughters, and always appreciate how willing the staff is to be honest and helpful! Special shout out to Sierra who was so sweet to spend her time helping me with moisturizers and finding me the perfect one!

My granddaughter, home from college for the weekend, was not allowed to exchange a product for another shade. I purchased the product for my granddaughter with a gift receipt. The product was purchased on September 4, 2025. The manager would not allow her an even exchange because past 30days. The gift receipt does not state no returns after 30days! Even exchange - no cash issue - unopened - I purchased the wrong color - manager was rude! Bad customer service!
