There are not enough positive words in the English language to say about Lexi in order to fully encapsulate how great she is. Her professionalism is unmatched. Her expertise is second to none. Furthermore, she’s more than your stylist. She’s a friend. I’ve stood by her for a long time now, and will continue to do so because it’s been earned. She has a fantastic deal for first-timers. You won’t regret it.

I recently visited Hustle and Haircuts, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Lexi did an amazing job with my beard trim. She was not only skilled but also a pleasure to chat with. What really stood out was how much care and attention she put into making sure everything was just right. The space is small and cozy, with just one chair, which adds to the personalized feel of the experience. The pricing is also excellent—$25 for a beard trim is a great deal compared to other places. As a bonus, Lexi even gave me a complimentary beard oil to try, which was a nice touch. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend.

Lexi is amazing. She is the only person I've found in Des Moines that manages my cow lick at the back of my head as well as she does. She makes my hair look incredible every single time. She also is just fun to go visit. She chats with you and over regular visits genuinely makes an effort to learn about your life and remembers things you've told her and asks for updates. Best stylist in town!

I’ve been really fortunate to have a lot of talented people work on my hair but found Lexi through a friend and she just knew what style fit me. Nice location (back side of the shopping center), great attitude, attention to detail is definitely there- all the things you would hope from a high quality haircut. The biggest difference with Lexi is how she was able to ask the right questions and understand my incomplete explanation of what I wanted my hair to look like and turn it into a style that fit me better than I could’ve expected. Lexi is the best. Always listens to your opinion and takes it into account, I have never received anything but a stellar hair cut from her, and she fit me into a tight schedule to get me ready for engagement photos. Every time I leave, I look and feel great!
