I had such a great experience here and really wanted to recognize Syd for her amazing service. I came in about 30 minutes before closing just looking for one product to help cover a breakout, and Syd took the time to walk me through everything — how to apply products, the differences between brands, and what would actually work for my skin. She was patient, knowledgeable, genuine and never made me feel rushed even though it was close to closing time. I ended up leaving with 12 items when I originally came in for one, just because her recommendations were that sincere. This was honestly the best experience I’ve had at Sephora (or any makeup store). Syd made me feel confident and excited about makeup again. I’ll happily drive from Plano to Southlake just to shop here because of her.

I am a rouge customer who has spent a lot of money at Sephora over the years. This location is making me reconsider. I went in to return some items the other day, the cashier was rude to me and told me that I was returning too many items, and took ages to do so while she was scrutinizing me. Meanwhile, they don’t do samples and tell you to just return an item if it doesn’t work out. So how am I supposed to get the right shade if I’m being consistently color matched off and now can’t return items without being talked down to? It’s upsetting to get this kind of treatment after being a loyal customer for years, and I’m thinking of switching to Ulta permanently.

I went in today. Rouge customer (aka, I have spent way too much money with this company). I was having a rough time and it took everything for me to leave the house. During my visit, I observed that the line was instructed by staff to extend through the aisle where I was comparing products, leaving me no room. To maintain convenience, I moved to the area with mirrors, which was unobstructed and not sectioned off. The manger rudely came over, kicked me out and sectioned it off stating it needed to be kept clean for beauty services. Ok... No staff offered assistance during this process. I have been booted out of an isle and now cannot use the mirrors. Literally a minute later a staff member opens up the section to do her makeup and look at her phone (so much for keeping the area clean

This sephora stores a healthy supply of inventory as well as knowledgeable staff that quickly led me to the products that were right for my skin needs. I will definitely drive a bit further to visit this store again next time
